Excellent stayall around! The family who maintains the place was very friendly and a joy to talk to. It was a perfect way to spend our first evening in Costa Rica! Breakfast was delicious!

Jardín Entre Montañas was one of our most memorable stays in Costa Rica. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can feel the care and pride they have put into everything.
The cabins are very cute, simple, and spotlessly clean—clearly built with love by the family themselves. It feels personal and genuine, not commercial. The gardens are beautiful, peaceful, and private. They also gave us a night tour where we saw tree frogs and birds, which was a highlight.
Breakfast was excellent and served early (7–8 AM), perfect for visiting Rio Celeste and doing sloth tours nearby. It is a few minutes outside town on a bumpy road, but absolutely worth it for the quiet and natural setting. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jardin Entre Montanas was simply amazing! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the whole family. The gardens are stunning and our little cabin had everything we needed and was so secluded. Luzbeth made the most delicious breakfasts with juices made of fruit from their property and food from local farmers. Alejandro always made sure we were well taken care of. Alfredo gave us nightly tours in his gardens which are an oasis for many animals. His enthusiasm was so much fun. Alfredo is also musical and graced us with guitar music. The location was great being just a couple of minutes from town central. We also ate at Yeye's which is down the road and it was phenominal. I highly recommend staying at Jardin Entre Montanas. If you can, stay more than one night and get to know this wonderful family.

Jardin entre Montanas is run by the sweetest, most attentive family who have created an exceptional experience for anyone staying in Bijuaga. The included breakfast was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip in Costa Rica, they helped us get taxis and tuk tuk do get around, gave us a complimentary tour of the garden (which was incredible!), and were just great all around hosts. The room was private, clean, and comfortable. Definitely stay here if you want a local experience with welcoming hosts and also want to be comfortable and close to everything the area has to offer.
