Location and the hotel was as expected, no complaints
Even the reception was empty, and I checked in 12:40 am midnight the receptionist were super unfriendly. Did check in then reached room got call saying I haven’t paid . Had to come down to do the payment
Again another gentleman pop up to tell me show him the confirmation rate that is also once I completed my payment. Super rude and not friendly.. I haven’t faced anywhere in my booking . Com experience while doing reservations. After 14 hrs of travelling, long hours of waiting in airport I was expecting at least a polite welcome.

We liked how the property was not surrounded by a lot of people straying outside the building and the staffs were friendly especially the front desk employee Mr. Japeth who accommodated us the other night. He gave us amazing and welcoming smile when we entered the hotel.

Property is very nice, Near the port,
All the staff were good except for Ms. Manar. She doesn’t seem to know how to speak properly with guests. I went to the reception to exchange some currency and asked for her assistance. She acted as if we were not important. Even if she couldn’t help, she should still speak politely to guests. I felt very upset with her behavior.
However, the Front Office Manager was very helpful and professional.
