For 2-3 people the room was a comfortable size. It came equipped with a clean bathroom, kitchen, and washing machine.

Clean comfortable beds. Washer in the room, with shower drying option. Great location, with many izakaya and convenience stores at a walking distance.
No parking on site, can get very expensive if staying several days.

Room was huge for the price and location was great. Washing machine was so good to have while travelling. 24hr shop around the corner. Big shower and bathroom. Kitchette and good size frig. Few little hole in the wall restaurants nearby.

The security felt good, although only one key for 3 people made for challenges. Great shopping available...2p minute walk. Recommended the best Ramen place EVER!
I hate to rag on a small business, but it advertised a kitchenette, then found no plates, silverware, or cooking options. We were told to ask for them if needed, but finding anyone to ask was impossible. Suggest a method to get ahold of someone. Same for additional laundry soap. This is a "no frills place". We requested additional bedding to accomodate our 3rd person rsvp and was told - No. The beds were uncomfortable with broken supports, so much that I had to fight falling out of bed. There was no trash removal...only a container in the hall for bottles. Zero English TV channels. Everywhere was at least a 20 minute walk. No umbrellas provided to use, rained frequently.
