We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay with our family. Both the kitchen and bedrooms were cozy and well-equipped.

Good value for a family in a central locations between different places in the area

Great value, comfortable beds, nice touches with welcome chocolates, and good location if wanting balance access to Volcano National Park and the ocean.

Hilo Homebase is the perfect location from which to enjoy a relaxing winter getaway!

The location is excellent for anything you would want to do in the Hilo area. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks with walking trails & nature, and also 30 minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park entrance. Unfortunately, Coconut Island Beach was closed due the access bridge being damaged by construction equipment. On-site covered parking was a plus, as was access to a laundry area. 3 bedrooms plus a daybed, and 1 full bath plus a half bath gave plenty of space. Jade was able to accommodate our late check-out request. Overall, an excellent experience, and we hope to return soon!

The location is excellent for anything you would want to do in the Hilo area.
