Pros:
- Perfectly placed for a five minute walk into Bath centre.
- Quiet peaceful location
- A nice size house for four adults with a comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen - even had an air fryer!
- Television with all the streaming services and some books and board games were a nice touch.
- The towels in the smaller room seemed new - large and fluffy.
- Parking space for one car.
- Enough tea, coffee and milk sachets for about four cups, and some crisps and biscuits which were a nice touch.
Cons:
- Some light maintenance and a thorough clean is needed. The tap in the kitchen drips constantly and the wall lights in the lounge turn into strobe lights if turned on past the very dimmest setting.
- The bathrooms all have carpets which are stained and look mouldy - these need replacing with Lino or tiles asap.
- Towels in the main room were old and scratchy
- Only the small bedroom en-suite has a shower you can use, but the baths are nice and deep. There were hairs in the baths and we had to clean them before using.
- Strict instructions about separating rubbish and emptying bins but only one bag provided and none in the bins upstairs.
- Finally, a lot of cobwebs everywhere in the corners of rooms made the place feel dirtier than it actually was.
- Be aware - Although one great Parking space is available at the property there was no available on street parking and the Charlotte Street car park, which is the recommended nearest would cost £50 for two nights. Our friends dropped off their cases then drove to the park and ride where they could park for free if they got the bus back in.
- There is only one key for the property, so you have to stick together!
This could be such a luxurious place with a few quick fixes.

Location was excellent, the apartment was very nice and very quiet
We found the beds quite uncomfortable. The mattresses have lost support on the sides. The pillows were also a bit below par. Also received a request to strip the beds the night before check out, which I’ve not had before.

Great location, quite spacious but small ensuite. Good kitchen and provisions.
Towels need to be updated.

Great quiet location with free parking.
The house is tired. It needs updating. Freezer was so covered in frost that it is unusable. The dishwasher also failed to work.
