Great location in a local area. 10 to 13 minutes walk to all the iconic sights. Buses nearby. Lots of local cafes,restaurants and a good local market. Flavio was a great friendly host. The bed was super conformable. 2 updated bathrooms.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to stay at the Garden House
A separate sheet on the bed would be good.

Full size apartment with en suite bedroom and two beds just outside primary bedroom both located upstairs. Full bathroom on first floor with small living room and kitchen with appliances. Combined washer/dryer was a new experience for this American but was really helpful. Great for families or multiple adults. Small exterior patio to enjoy morning coffee or cooler evenings. Located in the quieter Santa Croce neighborhood; only a 10-15 minute walk to the Duomo. Flavio was a great host!
As expected, there are narrow stairs so carry lighter suitcases.

Excellent location close to center but yet nice and quiet away from tourists

Flavio the Host was amazing and very kind and helpful
The apartment has everything you need and more the host has really thought of everything especially the amazing high quality tea and coffee
There are also many lively restaurants and bars close by
