it was newly constructed and well kept. it was spacious. Has terrace and from you can see the scenic sea view.
Being new it lacs basic things in kitchen such as stove, bathroom water wiper, foot mat, existing microwave oven was badly cranking. it’s outskirts (10km) from Dapoli city. it’s in Palande

Very neat house and great hospitality. Kudos to Hilal who was always available on call anytime of the day taking care of everything we wanted from food to arrangements and also being a great guide in terms of the locality and places around Dapoli. Also, no other network works other than BSNL and Vodafone so be prepared while going. Dapoli city has a network but once you move out a few kms, there is literally 0 network. The accommodation has a high speed internet so WhatsApp calls can become the primary way of contacting people. It also has a club house with indoor games and a swimming pool which you have the liberty to use any time of the day or night. The hosts really make you feel at home.
The development is new and there is still a lot of construction happening. Entry roads put you off but then the accommodation and hospitality was really good which negated the entry experience.
