- Tiefgarage nur für Pkws bis 1,70m Höhe - Balkonaussicht ist grün, aber der Lärm der Landstraße dahinter ist hörbar - Der Kühlschrank (zu klein) in der Abstellkammer, da in der Küchenzeile kein Platz war
