The owners smoke in their rooms downstairs and while you can’t smell it in the guest rooms, you can smell it in the front foyer

The villa is beautiful and authentic and run by a lovely couple - it’s obviously their home. The spaces are grand and romantic and the view of the town of Bolsena behind from our room and our bathroom is stunning. We felt truly privileged to stay here.
The mattresses could be slightly more comfortable.

Splendida villa dei primi del 900, vicinissima al centro ed al lago, ottimamente conservata e curata con grande attenzione da una coppia di proprietari davvero gentili e cortesi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i racconti sulla storia della residenza, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più interessante e particolare. Degno di nota anche il salotto in cui viene servita la colazione, ricco di quadri, arredi di pregio e mobili d’epoca, che contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera elegante e suggestiva. Se si desidera vivere un’esperienza diversa dai soliti hotel, questo è sicuramente il posto giusto!
