Beautiful spacious rooms, wonderful grounds set in a natural park full of wildlife and a breathtaking pool! The food and service at the hotel restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast!!! Their staff was so helpful (especially our concierge Luis who was always going above and beyond !!!). The private slot at the cenote is truly special and priceless - magical moments for our whole family to be the only ones enjoying it for over an hour for two days we stayed there. No crowds, just us! Our 6 year old daughter had an unforgettable experience. Also bonus is that Valladolid is only 10mins drive away for a great excursion. We loved every second of our stay and we’d love to come back one day!
Morning noise of the leaf blowers! It started from 6:30am near our villa until midday. It can spoil your morning when you try to enjoy the sounds of the nature and birds…. I think the leaf blowing could wait until 9am. I’d actually much more prefer a few leaves on my path than the horrible noise from the moment I open my eye.

Beautiful setting in the forest and incredibly helpful colleagues
Very little - the time taken for food to drive in the restaurant was pretty slow

The connection with nature and the location to the center of Valladolid (10min)
WiFi wasn’t work, the cleaning service, the contact with the concierge (because of the poor connection we looked for the other options but wasn’t available), the body products (smal and quality)
