Location is perfect, walking distance to beach and main road. Aircon in each room which is life saving. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was great.

No hot water for all of us to shower. Towels need to be replaced at least every second day.

Milamax Villa is a cosy, tucked-away gem in Diani. Shamila the host was exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely attentive. She even joined us for a morning HIIT workout when she stopped by to check in, which added a fun personal touch to our stay. We reported a bathroom leak in one of the rooms, and it was fixed within minutes. Chef Hamisi was fantastic throughout; despite several changes to our meal plans, he always delivered well prepared dishes on time. The housekeeping team kept our rooms spotless and fresh every single day. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, great people, and a place we’d happily return to.

Shamilla the host is very kind and hospitable. She ensured we were comfortable all through our stay. She went an extra mile to help us with surprising our parents on their birthday with a cake. The house is exactly like the photos, Big, Well furnished, Clean and has Fans and ACs in every room. Loved everything about the location. it's 2 min walk to the beach.

The staff were reluctant and unattentive especially the Chef.
