The room was great, it was cleaned everyday, the beds were comfortable and had working, quiet air conditioning. Bathroom was also pretty good, had the standard things, like hot showers and was clean. The location was great for us, since we didn’t hire a car. It was walking distance to cafes for breakfast and many nice restaurants and other shops. It was a 15min walk to the beach. There were bus stops nearby so that we could comfortably get the bus. The pool area was great and there was no battle for sun beds, and a nice pool bar. I thought dinner and lunch was quite good. The best thing was actually the staff, who were very welcoming and helpful, especially with public transport. We had a midnight flight back and checked out in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage there and still use practically all hotel facilities, like the pool, toilets and showers, further showing how kind the place is.
It’s quite hard to say anything negative but we had a few little issues, like the door handle for the bathroom came off on the first day but was quickly fixed. The breakfast had the essentials, but wasn’t anything special and didn’t have enough options, but since the location great it doesn’t matter that much. I’d recommend not getting breakfast included and buying it there when needed (since you have more options that way). In fact, I liked the dinner and lunch options more than the breakfast, so remember that when you’re not really bothered to go out and get food that’s another thing to do.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, staff disponibile, posizione comoda per muoversi sull’isola e a piedi in città, struttura pulita e bella area piscina

L'emplacement de l'hôtel excentré et calme (10-20min à pied du centre de faliraki), la literie confortable, chambre spacieuse, mobilier correct et grand, piscine et transat très agréable climatisation très bien, serviettes de douches et linges de lit constamment remplacés ainsi que les poubelles, bons dispensaires de savon dans la douche et salle de bain, carte du restaurant un minimum variée pour tous, la cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse et familiale, on ressent la Grèce dans nos assiettes (délicieux tzaziki), petit magasin à l'entrée en cas de besoin de produits d'hygiène ou d'eau, nous pouvons rester autant que nécessaire après le check out avant de repartir et laisser nos bagages en attendant, bon contact

Mur fins : on entendait tout à côté et dans le couloir
Enorme fuite d'eau dans le pommeau de douche, vieille douche, rideau de douche fin et qui inondait la salle de bain, pas de produits de toilette tels que coton tige, bonnet de douche ou brosse à dents.
!! Certains membres du personnel peu accueillant, dérangeant, non professionnel, insistant, désagréable (qui vous prend votre bouteille d'eau se trouvant dans vos affaires sous le transat et vous la jette sans avoir demander, nous étions seules mon amie et moi)
Rien pour pendre nos serviettes dans la salle de bain ou pour les vêtements mouillés, sol de la chambre pas lavé quotidiennement
Porte d'entrée de la chambre instable qu'il fallait claquer, lampe défectueuse au dessus du lit (on voyait les LED décollés et pendre, les fenêtres ne se fermaient pas (la sécurité ne fonctionnait pas), pas de coffre fort
Ouvriers venu un dimanche matin 10h pour fixer la rampe du pommeau de douche.
Petit déjeuner buffet pauvre et peu varié (certes ce qu'il faut pour un déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel comme on peut le lire sur d'autres commentaires), jus de fruits pas très bon, attente de +de 10min pour réapprovisionner un aliment manquant et plus rien n'est réapprovisionné 30min avant la fin du petit déjeuner.
Vigilance aux personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher : route en pente et peu de trottoir sécuritaire pour circuler à pied
