Great location in the heart of Athens. Great price. Very clean and very nice. Beds are comfortable enough and you don't really feel the other person in the bunk moving. On most points, this hostel is better than any other that I have stayed at....however, I will be more selective on when I stay there in the future.
Don't stay there on the weekend or holidays if you want to sleep. Granted it was Halloween, but I imagine normal weekends are just as loud. There is a bar next door that plays loud music till 3AM - maybe that is not normal - but it was very loud. On the positive - they do provide ear plugs (personally, I can't sleep with ear plugs in). Besides that, this was an exceptional hostel and exceptional price.

Front desk person was excellent.
The lockers are secured with the room key care and are larger than I’ve ever seen before. Super location.
Nothing. Breakfast seemed light for the price.

I liked that the hostel was very central and clean. The location was definitely convenient for exploring Athens.
What I did not like was the overall atmosphere. For me, it felt too sterile and too much like a hotel rather than a hostel. People usually book hostels for a social and cozy vibe, and this place lacked that feeling.
It was also very noisy. Music was played until around midnight, which made it difficult to sleep, especially if you want to keep the window open. Closing the window helped with the noise, but then the room quickly became stuffy and uncomfortable because of the smell and lack of fresh air.
Overall, I would not book this hostel again. I also found it overpriced for what it offers.
