It's very good experience.
I reached late after 6pm...and the front desk reception person accommodated my request of pre booking.
The room I was given was having some blocked washbasin and drain pipe was leaking.
Also the washroom door lock was getting stuck.
Although I called the reception staff and after their intervention they realised the issue and changed the room.
Thanks for that.

The king room is so comfortable and Cousy , the staff is responsive!
The room attendant Arun made my stay much more easier and convenient 🙏
I booked a king room for 3 nights which was available in booking, when I reached to the property they informed me that no king room is available at the moment and offered me a triple bed room for my first night which was a nightmare , the room is so creepy and small without any natural light source or ventilation, the bathroom is so small to fits any adult property. However it is clean and bed is comfy.
They only have 2 lifts, you always have to wait!
Operating with the bear minimum, no light is open in the reception in day time, the lights sensor closes in less than a second in the lobbies it’s already dark when you reach your room or while waiting for the lift - I stayed without water bottle refill in my room for 1 day and a half because they ran out of stock and no supply was made although I reminded them several times
