Owners don’t seem to care about the property

Cheap, badly maintained furniture, broken objects, dead and plastic plants, the worst toilet paper that you can imagine

Good choice

Easy access, generous room sizes, and excellent cleanliness.

The second bedroom on the upper level was not particularly comfortable, and the staircase was somewhat difficult to use. The shower floors were also quite slippery, which could be a safety concern. Finally, while the property is located in Salamanca, it is situated on the far edge of the neighborhood, making it less convenient than expected.

Badly managed property in a good location

Location. That’s the only reason why anyone stay here.

Very poorly managed property. Whoever manages this property is a lazy and incompetent person who does not care at all about the long term consequences. Apartment wasn’t cleaned! Bedsheets had hair all over! Long hair, short hair, an assortment of hair on both beds. Crumbs and dirt everywhere. My complaint was handled in a very unprofessional manner! As for getting an invoice; I had to ask 3 times! Write email after email. My advice: take some basic customer service and hospitality training.

Very good stay with some annoying problems

The location, the cleanliness, the space, the responsiness

Water pressure in the Appartment as the 2 bathrooms can not be used at the same time as water pressure drops to zero Also the door of the ground floor bathroom doesn’t close, as once you slide it to close it opens again …. And the fist floor room door is open and can’t be closed at all So in this place no privacy at all

Gerçekten görsellerdeki gibi hatta çok daha güzel biz çok beğendik ve bulunduğu semt o kadar nezih bir yer ki muazzam güvenli hissettirdi. 2 ayrı metro istasyonuna çok yakın olması büyük avantaj.
