Excellent location. Very quiet and clean apartment. Lots of water provided in the kitchen, and some fruit. Very modern decor as well, comfortable shower. There was plenty of food in the kitchen (though all very sugary so we did not have much). The host was responsive on Whatsapp.
The host was friendly and responsive, but he seemed to forget previous bits of communication. We got an email saying we would receive check-in instructions a few days before arrival, but we never did. I had to ask several times, and we had to communicate over whatsapp a few times to get the right information. This added stress to the travel. We got in very late, so perhaps it's fair enough.

Nice and cozy, clean appartment and located perfectly nearby the Citta Alta. Great amenities from the host Lorenzo who is top notch. Great recommendations regarding everything. I will come back and will surely book The Key of Bergamo again!

We where delighted with our apartment in Bergamo, very clean, cozy and with lots of amenities. The location is ideal to discover this beautiful city, just a few minutes from Citta Alta. Our host, Lorenzo sent all the details in advance and prepared for us a lot of sweets and goodies to make our stay even better. I highly recommend this place, one of the best accommodations we had in Italy.
