Within walking distance to restaurants and beaches, beautiful upstairs patio overlooking the large pool and garden.
Good setup of the living space, private parking spot on site.
Feels very secluded and private.
Friendly host and property manager with very good knowledge of tour operators, guides, restaurants etc.
Towels, extra pillows and blankets, soap and lots of kitchen equipment provided.
No dishwasher tabs - not a deal breaker but without a car, it was difficult to find them (local Minimart didn't have any). Had we known ahead of time we would have just brought a couple.
Several lizards (dead and alive) in the baths and bedrooms - I know it's normal and that's nature, but with kids who are not used to it, that still lead to screaming and tears. -.-
More amusing than annoying: downstairs kitchen had 1 random boiled egg on the counter, when we moved in

Wonderful property, perfect location, wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone loved the pool, in the morning and after a day at the beach. The balcony was great for meals and for evening relaxing. Expect mosquitoes as the property is in the islands and backs in to part of the forest. Host and housekeeper were also excellent in their communication.
There is nothing that I did not like.

Great location. Very clean, with everything in good condition. Good outdoor facilities.....pool, furniture etc with wonderful trees and garden atmosphere.
The main kitchen is on the second floor with a narrow stairs. If you have mobility issues it could be a bit of a bother.
