Unfortunate stay

The property is clean and beautiful. But the playground lacks safety. Made for kids but not carefully built with safety structure. My kid fell more than 1 meter heights due to a lack of a safety net.

The staff are rude. I give constructive feedback about safety, the staff reply I am responsible to watch kids all the time which I did. But the structural hazard is true. 💆 Slow and incompetent. Asked for a tax invoice for 20 days still not getting it till today.
