Nestled in Sugar Mountain, this lovely condo for $110 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Less than a 100 yard walk to the ski slopes. This 2 bedroom condo gives you all you need including convenient access to all amenities Sugar Mountain has to offer. A king, set of twins, and sleeper sofa provide your sleeping arrangements. This mountainesque condo is accessible by only eight steps and has a private deck with the sounds of the babbling creek below with the ski slopes of Sugar on the other side. While skiing, if you get hungry you can go to your condo and eat without paying the expensive prices of lodge food. If you want to enjoy the cool mountain air in the summertime, this condo affords a nice getaway complete with air conditioning. Unit offers washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable and gas fire logs. In the summertime, it is only a short walk to tennis, golf and all festivities. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing time. Property company was great. Would suggest finding a key for the backdoor for the future.

It needs a deep thorough cleaning. Carpet dirty. Pots and pans rusted. Entrance is through a plywood walled room that was dirty and had a bad musty smell as did the entire condo. The entire place is in original condition built and furnished in the 70’s. Bulbs burnt in light fixtures. If it was a steal of a deal I wouldn’t complain as I never have given a negative review here. But this was way overpriced. Look closely at the pictures as most were not accurate. I will not return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I'm going to provide an honest review of the experience. The cost of the lodging was significant, not terrible but significant for 2 nights and we needed to be out with keys to office by 10 am on checkout day. Seems a bit tight, could be noon and so much better. Also have to carry out all trash for the amount we paid and for cleaning this shouldn't be the case. Location great, people nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting in the Bee Branch condos and you just cant beat the location! The condo was clean (it could use a good bit of updating) but overall we were there for the skiing and it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Sugar Mountain. I was unsure where the best place was to stay for my family. I contacted the office at Resort Real Estate and Rentals and the individual I spoke with was able to guide my choice on location. The stay at Bee Slope was great! It was close to the Sugar Ski and having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for a family. The fireplace was nice and cozy and enjoyed relaxing in the living room area. The kitchen was functional and we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the condo. Overall, we had a very nice stay. I feel like the only thing that could use improvement would be a newer mattress in the master bedroom since I found it very thin and somewhat lacking support. I would stay here again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: love this unit for super easy access to the slopes=right off the back balcony to the path. The unit is well supplied and comfortable. There was a problem initially with key pick up as my flight in was delayed. They were flexible and allowed one of the other guests to pick it up, so everyone was not inconvenienced

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo needs an upgrade. The cabinets are old. The dryer didn't work well. The bathroom shower is old and has mold in the door hinges. The microwave broke the last day we were there. It still was a great location. I wouldn't pick it again.

The only issue was the inability to get the key at the published hour of 4PM
