Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate. 4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests.
