We were a group of women who got together for a reunion. The house was a lovely place, with lots of space to visit both indoors and out side. Our only criticism was the lack of a few amenities I am used to seeing in a VRBO, such as salt and pepper, higher quality toilet paper. There were some safety concerns The banister going upstairs is too short, needs to extend to the top of the stair. Showers needed safety bars.

We really enjoyed our family vacation in your home! The house was very clean, had lots of room for the 5 of us, and the neighborhood felt very safe. A house had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Shopping, restaurants, gas, etc were just minutes away. The drive to Denver, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, etc was very easy and close. Even driving to Breckinridge and Estes Park was only around 1.5 hours! Thank you!!

Beautiful home for large family sleeps 10 very comfortably as there is 4 king size and 1 queen size bed . Hot tub was great to enjoy after a long day of exploring. Owners very quick to respond with any issues you may have
