The Space:
Just steps to the Embarcadero! Incredible beach house in a great location right outside of the hustle and bustle. The street is quiet enough to enjoy time on the balcony, BBQing, and enjoying the famous Morro Rock view! Perfect location! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Free parking, washer and dryer, and WiFi! Guests have access to the entire property. It is a stand-alone house with two-car garage, a luxury in Morro Bay! The dreamy balcony overlooks Beach Street, with views of Morro Rock and the landmark smoke stacks.

Guests have access to the entire property. It is a stand-alone house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a lovely deck overlooking Beach Street, Morro Rock, and the landmark smoke stacks.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, we’re a short walk to the shops and restaurants on the famous Morro Bay Embarcadero overlooking the bay, walking distance to boutique, grocery, and thrift stores. It’s a little longer walk to the beach and Morro Rock, but still very doable. Steps away from Carla’s Kitchen restaurant and gift shop where Carla serves up delicious breakfast favorites. Morro Bay is minutes from Cayucos Beach and San Luis Obispo, and about 30 minutes from popular Pismo and Avila Beach. We love Morro Bay- there’s so much to do, and something for everyone!
Other Things to Note:
This place is amazing! Is spacious and beautiful, decorated beautifully in beach decor- light and bright! Please help us keep our home sparkling clean and comfy by removing your shoes and sandy clothes before coming inside, and let us know right away if something is stained or broken.
There is an extra guest fee of $20/guest/night after 4 guests

We enjoyed our stay and the house was well equipped. Steps were pretty steep and having tile made it more concerning as far as possible falls, but went well. Rooms were a good size and everyone slept well. From the pictures on the internet, we expected to see the rock from the patio, but it was blocked by the trees. We enjoyed the walk to the shops and restaurants and the walk at the rock :-)

we had a wonderful stay. everything was perfect. was very impressed with the amenities. there were plenty of towels. even had top shelf toilet paper. beds were very comfortable. and the location was fantastic. everything within walking distance. great communication. i will be booking this home again.

Property was clean and very good location. No soap in either shower, towels and sheets were worn and thin!! For the price we paid we expected the towels would be decent but most were shredding and very thin plus some had stains!!! A few of the sheets even had holes in them!!!
