Enter through the garage to the main level, where you'll find the very spacious primary bedroom with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with dual vanities. Across the hall, another bedroom offers a comfy queen-sized bed. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room open up to the front yard, where the BBQ and small patio are located- a perfect space to gather and for the adults to hang out while the kids play upstairs. Upstairs, the loft includes an overstuffed sectional couch, comfy enough to sleep on, and two small rooms- one with a twin bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. We believe kids would be most comfortable in these rooms because of their size and design. A nook for kids with toys, books, and even a secret door adjoins these two rooms. You'll find a Smart TV, old-school Nintendo with pre-loaded games, and foosball/mini pool table in the loft as well. The loft leads out to the rooftop deck with comfy seating around a propane fire pit, picnic table that will seat the whole family, and big Jenga game, Outside, there's a place to rinse off sandy feet, complimentary washer and dryer in the garage, and fast WiFi throughout!  Before you go, don't forget to sign the chalkboard wall! Neighborhood Located in a quiet neighborhood in Arroyo Grande, you'll be out of the hustle and bustle during busy weekends, but just a few minutes' drive will take you in to the action.  The homes in this neighborhood are all victorian style and look like beach dollhouses! It's a great neighborhood near a few playgrounds, walking distance to the nearest hospital (hint hint travel nurses!), wedding venues, and a mile to downtown Arroyo Grande: "The Village". Getting Around We suggest you use your own vehicle, but it is walking distance to a few parks and the village, Arroyo Grande's famous downtown. Guests will love the easy garage and free street parking.  Drive to local wine rooms or to the myriad of local wineries along HWY 101, HWY 46, Edna Valley, and Paso Robles.  Easy access just blocks away to HWY 1 and HWY 101.  The nearest small airport is San Luis Obispo, mid-size is in Santa Maria, and nearest international airport is LAX. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. 4. Be respectful When using outdoor areas, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If you use the surfboard or sand toys, please rinse them off before putting them back in the garage. Thank you! Extended stays require periodic mid-stay cleanings.
