There are four bedrooms, each featuring new linens and memory foam mattresses: Bedroom 1) two twin beds. 2) queen bed. 3) two full beds. 4) king bed with attached bathroom.  There are two living spaces, each with a Smart TV. One of the living spaces has a pull-out sofa for more sleeping space. Neighborhood The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just north of an area called "Sunrise Estates", was built in 2008 as a model home, and remodeled in 2023. It is located within minutes to the entrance of Highway 99, Mooney Blvd, and there is a Super Target, and several restaurants nearby (within minutes driving distance). Have the kids with you? House Rules 1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. 2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 10, but more kids would be able to fit if needed, just let us know. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own kennel/sleeping arrangement. Please pick up after your pet. 3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, spa, fire pit, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.
