Location & room were fine overall.
TV needed attention from staff . Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain so we had the plumber in the bath do ~30 minutes fixing it. Not a very relaxing evening overall.

Great location for travelling around the area as far as Bakersfield and the Sequoia National Parks, really pleased with our suite it ticked nearly all the boxes :)
Hot water took an age to come through when running a shower and the Wi-Fi dropped out several times!

Location .. rooms comfortable ..
Breakfast was included
Problems with water 😣.. first night looked forward to hot shower only to not have water ever get even warm 😡 . Then told front desk the next day and she said someone would come by before noon and no one ever did ! But then the cold was hot and vice versa 🙄 .Definitely need to address the hot water issue !!!
Then no one came to freshen room the 2nd day so once again addressed the front desk . Girl came by and put fresh towels and emptied trash .. didn’t make up beds , leave toilet paper ,or coffee and cups ,or bar hand soap so was disappointed in that ..
