Located in Los Feliz, this lovely condo for $250 per night is a great choice for your next break. Nestled in the coveted Franklin Hills neighborhood between Silver Lake and Los Feliz, this newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom lives large. Only a few blocks off Sunset Blvd you can walk or drive up the hill and suddenly have the sensation of living in a treehouse. This beautifully landscaped property is private, safe, and quiet, while remaining close to everything the hippest neighborhood Los Angeles has to offer. Pull into your designated parking spot and descend one flight of stairs to find your private entrance which opens into a fully private one bedroom apartment. The modern, open kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and everything needed for your cooking needs. Complete with a gas stove, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, brita filter, and Nespresso machine. The large living room is lined with picture windows displaying views of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and the city below. This room is great for working from home at the bamboo sit-to-stand desk with task lighting and computer monitor, or lounging and watching movies on the 58 inch HD Smart TV. There is a brand new GE washer and dryer in unit, and drying rack. The all tile bathroom has a 4 foot sink, large shower, and 70" soaking tub, 100% cotton towels, bath robe, hairdryer, and Aesop products included. The bedroom has a luxurious 5-star mattress, custom closets, yoga mat, white-noise machine, and mood lighting. Your large, fully private, mahogany deck has a hammock swing, tile bench, sectional, and plenty of surfaces to put your drink after a long day. Surrounded by trees you will encounter a wonderful, lush greenness that is rare in a city like Los Angeles! Lightning fast wifi, central air with nest thermostat, 5 minutes to Hollywood and 15 minutes to Downtown LA.
