Upon walking into the grand entrance, you'll notice a pool table to your left, a place to relax, and a bedroom with en suite bathroom off to the right. The grand kitchen is a chef's dream! It consists of 3 Wolf ovens, a 6 burner plus griddle Wolf range, dual Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezers, crushed ice machine in the butler's pantry, and custom cabinetry. Upstairs is highlighted by the primary Suite with an effervescing stand-alone tub and separate jetted shower. You'll feel like you're at the spa! Perfect for brides and their girl squad getting ready for their big day. The large laundry room is very convenient for quickly washing clothes before returning home. There is a full bathroom with outside access to the backyard patio. The pool house is a studio, so there is no wall between the bed and the living space or kitchen. A double locking door ensures privacy between the pool house and the rest of the Mansion. House Rules 1. Communication is key! All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You'll receive check-in and check-out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 13 total individuals. Pets are NOT allowed. 3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. If you'd like to host an intimate event at this property, such as a small bridal shower, the event must be approved by the host. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.) and pool accessories, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess. 5. Have fun!
