Walk through a set of french doors to the screened in porch that overlooks the back courtyard. The porch features ample conversational seating and a bed swing and is the ideal place to watch the little ones play in the courtyard. The house is also equipped with a Culligan High Efficiency Water Softener system which removes calcium, magnesium and iron from the water.
