About this house rental

Situated in Mystic, this lovely house for $750 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Park your cars & walk to Mystic’s lively restaurant scene. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (1 on each floor) and can sleep 10. The beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, exposed bricks & wood beams are paired with all new furnishings, purchased in November 2022, to create a relaxing getaway for families, friends or groups attending local weddings. For the comfort of everyone there are 3 zones (1 on each floor) for the Central AC & heating system and 2 living rooms with cable TV. The space The first-floor of the historic James Packer House features one king bedroom, living room and access to the backyard. The bathroom on this level features a large walk-in shower & two sinks and is accessible directly from the bedroom and from the living room. The main (second) floor showcases a kitchen open to the dining room and living room with gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, beverage fridge, Keurig coffee machine and cooking essentials. A deck off the dining room is perfect for relaxing during happy hour as the sun sets. The main floor also has a king bedroom, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and mudroom/laundry room. Morning sun shines throughout and if you look out the side windows you can get a glimpse of the Mystic River and the train bridge. The third floor has a full bathroom with shower and two large bedrooms, one with two queen beds, the other with a king bed. Peak out the king bedroom windows to see the boats at the local marina. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful, landscaped backyard, paver patio and outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill. The main driveway can fit 3 or 4 cars! There is a second driveway that can fit two additional cars in the warmer months. This additional driveway is not plowed in the winter. Guest access Guests have use of all living spaces inside the house and outside entertaining areas for themselves. The garage and mechanical closets are locked. The house is equipped with a keyless entry smart door lock and security camera outside the front entrance.

Headed to Mystic with my five aunts and wanted to be in the middle of things… cafes, restaurants, shopping, marinas…and we had it all! Plus, a beautiful home to gather and celebrate. Coffee on the back patio was just magical too! Practical… beds were super comfortable and home well appointed. High end appliances. Very responsive host. Will definitely return.

We loved everything about this house. We were 7 adults, and we all had plenty of room. The location is the best, and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. It was very peaceful at the house even though it was 4th of July weekend and Mystic was extremely busy. The beds are super comfy, and we had a blast making s'mores in the fire pit. We will book again next year!

The house was amazing. Perfect blend of features from the original home and plenty of modern touches. House was spacious for group of 8. Fireplace on main floor was a nice touch. We would book this every trip yo Mystic. Very short walk to downtown and all that mystic had to offer.
