Located in Simpson Bay, this charming condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom penthouse is located in the best spot of the island. With the private garden and shared pool it feels like an oasis while you are at walking distance of everything you might be looking for. Market Garden Supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos and the beach within 5 minutes walking. This is a perfect 2 bedroom apartment if you want to enjoy all of SXM. This place is great for couples, families, friends and business travellers. We will be there to check you in and are always reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email. Apartment with a lot of comfort This apartment has everything you need. The bedrooms have kingsize beds, lots of storage space and ensuite bathrooms. there is a seperate toilet for guests. You will also find the comfortable living room with a sofa, large flat screen tv and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster etc). There is a beautiful Terrace in fornt of the living room and master bedroom with wide open doors to enjoy the breeze. We have added a washer and dryer for your convenience. The garden is private and you will have a brand new BBQ to prepare your grill. On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool. This apartment has 2 parking spaces on the property. For BBQ lovers Enjoy the peaceful garden and patio area with a premium OFYR grill on which you prepare food in the most original way over the open fire. The OFYR BBQ is loved by BBQ chefs worldwide and provides everything you need for an ultimate outdoor cooking experience with friends or family. In the Heart of Simpson Bay Simpson Bay is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants and the bakery. Of course the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance too. There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. There is local transport at 1 minute from your apartment but of course you can also rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capital Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport - over Maho Beach. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.
