On this level, you'll also find one of the inviting bedrooms and a convenient bathroom. As you step into the living area, you'll be captivated by the balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool and offers mesmerizing views of the ocean beyond. This is the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the beauty of your surroundings.
Venturing downstairs, you'll discover a bedroom adorned with three comfortable single beds and an ensuite bathroom. From here, you can step outside onto the balcony, which leads to another beautifully appointed bedroom, complete with its own ensuite. Privacy and tranquility abound in these lower-level retreats.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting all the essentials and appliances you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, this kitchen has you covered. For your convenience, a front-load washing machine and dryer are also provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
Rest assured that your vehicle will be well taken care of, as Unit 9 offers its own undercover car park, providing convenient parking for you and your guests. Additionally, visitor parking is available for any additional vehicles.
Car Parking for this unit is located on the driveway level, then the unit is accessible via stairs towards the pool area.

We spent Christmas at this wonderful property on North Stradbroke Island and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The location is perfect – close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and felt like a real home away from home. Every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the team at Ray White Straddie for being such attentive and friendly hosts. Communication leading up to our arrival was excellent, the check-in process was seamless and super easy, and we felt fully supported throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holidays – highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the island!

It was great. Ocean view wale watching and cangooroo friendly passing by everyday. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Minor details about cleaning needs. I'll recommend to everyone and we'll be back for sure.
