This 1300 sqft corner unit is part of a condominium complex of east-enders and retirees and is located within 1 mile of the UTMB medical center, the Royal Carribean Terminal, the Marina, the Ferry Terminal, the USCG office, the USMC office, the US Army Corps of Engineer office, and Stewart Beach. The East End will surprise you. Enjoy your stay! The Space: The complex is made up of two buildings and over 20 units. While most units are single-level, the townhome units on each corner are 2-story. There is a large pool between the two buildings. The condominium has an upgraded security camera system, but the East End is a safe corner of Galveston Island. The interior of this 2-story townhome is designed to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is access to the pool area through the back porch, and the unit's windows provide considerable natural light. Besides the gated front porch and gated back porch, there is also a 2nd floor balcony on this unit. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the pool area. 2 assigned covered parking spots are within feet from the front door. The Neighborhood: The townhome is located on Ferry Road, which is the road that leads to the Galveston Ferry Terminal. The neighborhood is where many of the students and faculty for the UTMB medical center live. It also supports the US Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, and US Marine Corps offices in the area. Getting Around: The Unit has TWO covered parking spots in front of the townhome. There is plenty of additional free parking within feet of the Unit's carport.

This was a great find on the east side of Galveston. We stayed here a night before heading out to our cruise. It was a clean property with lots of little touches that make you feel right at home. We had car problems on the day we left and the owner was so sweet and offered to let us park in the lot during the cruise, luckily we were able to get on our way. We will definitely look to book here again!

My parents, significant other, and I stayed here the night before our RCL cruise, and we were very impressed. In fact, I was sad that we were only staying here for one night! Ekaterina was very responsive and kind when I had any questions. Her place had everything we needed! We got groceries delivered and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make dinner and breakfast. I was thrilled to find soap in the shower, a hair dryer in the bathroom, and a sound machine in the bedroom. These thoughtful details were what made this place stand out. I also tend to walk through and inspect how clean things are, and I'm usually disappointed in most hotels, but this place was absolutely spotless! The location was perfect and very close to Harmony's port. On a nice day, I might've walked to the port, even though it might've taken about 30 minutes. However, it was only about 50 degrees when we left, so a cheap Lyft got our family there in less than 10 minutes! The next time we cruise out of Galveston, I will definitely be looking to stay here again as my family couldn't have been happier!

This home was beautifully updated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our back porch had direct access to the pool which was great for the kids. We were close enough the beach too!

The stay at East End was very quiet and comfortable for my daughter, 2 grandkids and myself. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach near by. We had plenty of room to throughout the condo. Beds and pillows were very comfy, loved the mini-split ac unit in the primary bedroom for extra cool sleeping. We really appreciated the laundry access upstairs near the bedrooms. Liked having a desk and chair in the bedroom to get some work done. Included Wi-fi was greatly appreciated, since my phone had trouble with connectivity in Galveston. We watched the provided Netflix in the evening to wind down. This was our first visit to Galveston and we would love to stay at East End again. Highly recommend this clean, comfortable and lovely condo.

Wonderful property in a great location. Our host was so kind and quick to respond. The unit was modern and very comfortable. The weather was rainy so we didn't use the pool. Also loved the covered parking spots. We will stay again.

If you’re looking for a cozy but amazing place to stay while you visit Galveston, I highly recommend here! Host was always responsive, respectful, and answered every question I had. Home is exactly and pictured and I will definitely be staying here again soon.

We traveled down to experience Mardi gras with friends. We found this gem conveniently located to the seawall & the Strand. Upon entrance, we were impressed with the attention to details. This 2 bedroom had three patios to sit & enjoy some sunshine & conversation. This updated townhome is fully furnished with quality cookware & dishes. There was a case of waters, coffee, creamers & a variety of teas. Instead of the skimpy 1 or 2 trash liners, we had a box. We found parchment paper, cooking oils & some seasonings. The owner even has laundry soap & dryer sheets provided. There was also a changing pad in the master closet. We will plan to use this treasure again!

This beautiful 2 Bedroom 2.5 bath townhome was just what we were looking for! It is conveniently located to everything we like to do in Galveston, being only minutes from The Strand and The Seawall. Just because the ferry stops do not mean the traffic does but, the noise was only a minor inconvenience! The host was friendly, informative, and easy to get in touch with! We will definitely be looking at this property again for our future trips.
