Pros: Very convenient location! Very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice ceiling fan in master. Cons: pedestal sinks so no room for putting toiletries out. Shower head in hall bath not enough pressure and master bath shower not enough angle so shower sprayed all over. Lighting not good in master bath and bedrooms. I think the owner controlled the thermostat so as a post menopausal woman I was warm at night and while cooking.

Great Pet friendly 3BR house w fenced back yard. walking distance to Santa Rosa Beaches. So close to downtown, shops, restaurants. Host easy to communicate with. House was immaculate and well appointed. Did not disappoint!!

We loved our stay! Great place to stay with our dogs, love the fenced backyard and neighborhood we could walk in. Also, great location. Not too far of a walk to the beach and restaurants!

We loved the location of this home. Neighborhood was quiet. It was a short walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants. The property was clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs. We would definitely stay again.
