About this villa rental
The Villa is located in the heart of Umbria, just a few kilometres from the region's main cities of art. It stands on the gentle hills overlooking Assisi, Spello and Perugia, in the middle of an olive grove carefully and respectfully maintained by the owner. In the large garden there is also a swimming pool (open from the beginning of May to the end of September; it measures 9 m x 5 m with a water height of 1.2 m). This house is particularly suitable for those who like to isolate themselves in total privacy without giving up the incomparable view. In fact, from the house it is possible to see some of Umbria's beautiful historic centres, starting with Bettona, a small medieval town (of Etruscan origin) that can easily be reached on foot. Of particular note is the central position with respect to the region's cities of art, all of which can be reached by car in between 10 and 45 minutes.
The Villa consists of 3 completely independent portions, 2 for rent (the Large Apartment and the Attic-Mansard) and 1 for use by the owners. As you can read from the comments of guests who have visited the house in the past, the owners' presence is particularly discreet and typically much appreciated.
The Attic-Mansard consists of: a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The house is complete with everything you need to live it to the full (including sheets and towels); if there are any special needs, they can be requested from the owners. Free wireless internet access is available.

lovely place with beautiful garden and very special great view in the countryside. Very good personal recommendations by the landlord and great to have a washing machine.We stayed in the mansarde, which was nice - just be prepared that the bathroom is not high, so a tall person cannot stay. However all other things compensated this fully! I will definetely recommend it to friends!

Our three week stay in Renato’s flat was absolutely perfect. The apartment was fresh, clean, tastefully decorated, and had magnificent vistas from every window. The bed was large and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the outdoor grill. The gardens were immaculate. And the views! Assisi to one side, Spello to the other, and beautiful Bettona at sunset — breathtaking! Renato was a stellar host, so kind and helpful. We can’t recommend this property enough!

The moment you arrive at this gorgeous property and Renato greets you with a warm smile, you feel absolutely welcome and at ease. And then you step into the apartment and you won't believe the scenic views, it really felt like a piece of heaven. Enjoy the sunset from the pool, trust us ... You won't want to leave again
