About this house rental
Unique Mid-Century home in Central Tucson that is perfectly curated from head to toe! Easy access to Saguaro East National Park, Sabino Canyon, Downtown, U of A, the 40 mile trail loop, and all amenities (restaurants, grocery stores, etc ). Quiet, peaceful, and well maintained neighborhood walking distance to a park. The neighborhood is filled with birds, and super sweet and friendly neighbors.

This well curated and updated Mid-Century home has an awesome layout, offering an open living/kitchen/dining floorplan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and great outdoor space.
-The main living space is an open floorplan with lots of light and windows. It is perfect for hanging out as there is access to both the front and back outdoor areas.
-The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you should need for cooking. We are extremely health conscious, and only have stainless steel pots/pans, cast iron, and glass cookware. There is also a toaster, electric kettle, vitamix, and pour over coffee setup. We do not provide coffee or tea, but there is olive oil, salt/pepper. We have plenty of drinkware for various needs, glass Mason jars, and a full set of dinnerware. There is also a wine fridge.
-The main bedroom offers a super comfy queen sized bed, with organic sheets, duvet, tons of closet space, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is well curated and modern, with a walk in shower and glass enclosure. It is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.
-The second bedroom offers a super comfy queen sized bed with organic sheets, duvet, a dresser, and exposed brick walls.
-The third bedroom offers a super comfy full sized bed with organic sheets, duvet, and good sized closet.
-The second bathroom is perfectly curated and updated with a tub/shower, and ¾ glass door. It is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.
-There are two awesome outdoor spaces (one covered) for you to enjoy the sunny days and cooler nights. There are lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and plenty of places to get comfy. There is also a Weber charcoal grill available for use. Charcoal is not provided.

The location was wonderful. The house size was great for a family of 4. Would definitely stay in the property again. One small issue was some road noise from a near by roadway at night if you are noise sensitive.

My favorite VRBO stay ever! The house is everything as described, except there’s not a Hotub. (I think that’s a typo or something?) But yeah, this humble home really is curated. When I woke up the first morning, the first thing I saw was the perfect slice of the Catalina’s through the just so raised miniblinds. That might not have been planned, but so many other details in the space are that it all weaves into an aesthetically pleasing experience that builds on itself. Detail after detail, simply and elegantly executed. It has a great vibe!
If you’re looking for an inspiring space to spend time in, this is it. So glad we chose this space for our stay!
The house is perfect for a small family. We each had our own room and it made our family vacation perfect sharing such a well designed space together yet each having our own space to retreat to. Our crabby teenagers were much much much less crabby than they usually are when we are on vacation. I think it was because of the vibes in this space. You’ll feel happy waking up here. The space is an anecdote to stress and I can’t say enough about it.Im running out of characters! The hiking books and brochures are very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The feeling of Zen was priceless. Once I got back home, I started looking at my own home space differently, and I am inspired to curate my own space like this! It’s a humble home made into a Zen retreat. I Highly recommend you stay here. I know that I was sad to leave.
