I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel and surrounding areas were clean, well-maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth the money. There was a great variety of food options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
Another major advantage is the hotel’s convenient location. It is close to public transportation and makes it easy to get around and explore the area without any hassle.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and you can see the nice harbor view in front of the room. Super clean and spacious room. Good location and close to the subway station. Good breakfast buffet and excellent customer service!

The Mitsui Garden Yokohama is the perfect place for your stay in Yokohama. There is nothing not to like. It is in an ideal location walking distance from at least 4 shopping malls with hundreds of stores, restaurants, and service providers. It is also close to the Cup Noodles Museum, Art Museum, and Red Brick Warehouse. Also, it is close to 3 subway stops. Did I say it's also close to Chinatown. You can't get a better location.
Mitsui is clean, has great city views from the rooms, nice restaurant for all day dining, excellent staff, and beautiful foyer with bar.
If we ever make it back to Yokohama, we will stay in only one place; Mitsui Garden Hotel!
