From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality. The staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, friendly and professional throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with a smile and made every effort to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort I could ask for. The luxurious amenities, elegant décor, and attention to detail created a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, and every space was maintained to the highest standard. My daughter Judy absolutely loved the Kids Club—she enjoyed it so much that she never wanted to leave! A special thank you to Myriam for her kindness, patience, and wonderful care. She created such a fun, warm, and welcoming environment that made my daughter’s experience truly unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Unfortunately I want to extend my stay, but it was fully booked Masha’ALLAH.
