Great location , very clean everything you need inside felt very at home , fab WiFi
The oven takes hours to cook any food , the hot tub is great but was at times not very warm and you can’t control the temperature yourself

Music and wine on arrival were a lovely surprise. Hot tub was great and cared for daily. Beds were comfy. All facilities from kitchen, showers and entertainment were great.

loved the vibe on entering - so cool. with the music playing
key lock a bit tricky- decking needed cleaned, rusty radiators, random holes in wall, chipped counter top and fridge - oven doesn't work, couches were done, no spring - tv lost internet for 6 hours- please stick in an aerial

When we first entered the property, we were surprised how well and thought out the decoration of the property.
As the week went by, we kept finding bits that needed attention, shower drainage ( poor enough to fill up to the door and on to the floor) wardrobe door broken, panel in bathroom dropped off narrowly missing my partners foot. On top of this, the oven controls were broken, so cooking was a guessing game. We didn't bother reporting this for reason I'll explain. The first evening, went make dinner etc. Every utensil, glass, plate was dirty, with old food on them and stuff put away that were actually visibly greasy, we literally had to wash everything b4 we could do anything. This we did report, via the email provided in the welcome pack, but we didn't even receive an acknowledgement so couldn't see the point of reporting the bit found later.
