Great Breakfast, bedding with huge mosquito net

We Loved everything. The staff above all — considerate, helpful and genuinely kind. Emilia in particular was exceptional; our son called her "auntie," which says it all. When he was ill on the last night she and the team made a spare room available and let us use the communal areas to rest. The pool and honesty bar were perfect for gentle starts to the day, and the kids loved watching the monkeys and chasing geckos. Clean, comfortable rooms, warm showers, lovely food. Staff booked our river cruise and helicopter ride and called taxis into town, only ten minutes away. Perfect spot for a family.

Location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were lovely. Our room was also very spacious, quiet and comfortable.
Our bath tub didn't have any hot water and we couldn't use it, which we would have loved to. They did get a maintenant team out but it didn't fix the issue.

Staff was nice
There was no communication at all prior to my arrival. I sent messages asking whether they could arrange a pickup from the airport or organize a trip to Victoria Falls, but I received no response.
Because of this, I had to rent a car, which significantly increased the cost of my short two-day stay.
