This is without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.
The hotel is literally carved into the volcanic tuff, which makes the whole place feel incredibly warm, cozy, and completely unique. Staying here feels like experiencing something you simply cannot find anywhere else.
The nephew of the owner speaks excellent English and gave us an absolutely wonderful welcome. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged a Green Tour for us and negotiated the transfer of our luggage to our next destination, which made everything so much easier for us.
And then there is the best bonus: around 10 cats, including lots of ridiculously cute kittens! 🥹🐈 They make the place even more special.
The hospitality, the atmosphere, the unique rooms carved into the rock, and the amazing people running the place made this stay truly unforgettable.
I would 100% come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolut empfehlenswert – familiäre Gastfreundschaft und ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Kappadokien
Wir haben im Babili Cave Hotel in Nevşehir übernachtet und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt wirklich rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt, und genau das merkt man vom ersten Moment an. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen und haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Unser Zimmer war ausgesprochen großzügig – ich schätze, dass es knapp 40 m² groß war – und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und sauber, außerdem gab es einen Fernseher und einen Kühlschrank. Auch das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet, mit Dusche, Föhn, Shampoo und den notwendigen Pflegeartikeln. Insgesamt haben wir sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch die Ausstattung und die Größe des Zimmers als sehr angenehm empfunden.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient das Frühstück. Hier gibt es kein gewöhnliches offenes Buffet, sondern das Frühstück wird frisch vorbereitet und direkt am Tisch serviert. Für uns war das sogar schöner als ein Buffet. Es gab unter anderem frische Tomaten und Gurken, verschiedene Marmeladen, Honig und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass einige Produkte sogar aus eigener Herstellung stammen. Alles war frisch, reichhaltig und wirklich sehr lecker. Man merkt auch hier, dass sich die Familie Mühe gibt und Wert auf Qualität legt.
Was dieses Hotel für uns aber besonders ausgezeichnet hat, war die persönliche Betreuung durch den Hotelinhaber. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns ausführlich erklärt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten wir in Kappadokien besuchen können. Er hat uns sogar eine richtige Route zusammengestellt und erklärt, was wir an den einzelnen Tagen am sinnvollsten miteinander verbinden können. Das war für uns eine große Hilfe.

Great Cave Hotel with a lovely family managing it. Fabulous room, excellent breakfast. Sits in the nice village Nar near Neheshvir, easy access to all tourists hotspots, from Balloon flying to exploring caves, antique caves, architectural treasures and the excellent foods provided in mostly all restaurants. Prices similar to Europe, often quoted in Euros.
Beautiful artifacts, jewellery, pottery, carpets etc.
