This apartment is in the perfect location in Paris. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops. Close to metro lines, walking distance to many sights such as Louvre & Notre Dame and is spacious and comfortable. Despite the negative reviews on security and other aspects of the apartment, I did not feel unsafe at all and thought the apartment was well managed. Building is definitely secure. Management was responsive when I asked about the garbage disposal. I stayed 10 days and had a great time
No lifts so be prepared for some heavy lifting if you’re on the upper floors. Garbage area is locked but ask management to unlock. Air conditioning is provided by portable units. They work and do the job but obviously not what I was expecting. Could’ve used some instructions on using the stovetop and washing machine but figured it out. Apartment is not cleaned for duration of stay and costs extra if requested. This could be an issue for long stays

The apartment had everything we needed. Was clean and the location was excellent
The hallway and stairs to the apartment were in the process of beong renovated, and did mot look very nice but this did not distract views of apartment

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Very spacious for a family of four with 2 teenagers.
Only one portable air conditioner worked in the upstairs bedrooms the other only blew hot air. No air conditioning in the bottom bedroom, lounge room, kitchen etc. We had to walk up 120 stairs to reach our apartment, with 4 suitcases. No where to hang clothes to dry, host suggested the balcony which faced the Rue St Germain. Floors were not vacuumed, no dish washing liquid in the kitchen or sponge to wash up and the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was empty.
