The house was lovely, very clean, and well presented inside.
Parking on the road was easy and not a problem at all.
The location was excellent, with good access to Falmouth town centre and the seafront.
The garden was not very pleasant due to an unpleasant smell coming from somewhere nearby.
There also appeared to be some dampness on the ceiling in the living room.
I contacted the host by text about the issue, but unfortunately did not receive a response for quite some time.

Das Haus war innen sehr gut, vor allem die Möglichkeit, im Garten zu frühstücken etc. hat uns besonders gefallen. Dazu die ruhige Lage und das Haus als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in Cornwall.

It is a lovely spacious house with a nice garden, close to Swanpool Beach, with many nice restaurants in the village.
We were looking forward to nice bike rides, the area is very hilly (not a problem in itself, but good to know).

Clean. Beautiful decor. Easy parking. Good access to footpaths down to coast.
A bit further from the beach and town than we would have preferred. Steep steps to door and location means it’s not at all suitable at all for those with accessibility issue.
