Location was excellent and facilities were good. Only found the washing machine and terrace on the last evening so didn’t get to use it which was a shame.
The check in process at Dream Algarve was poorly organised. They wouldn’t let me check in at 2pm or leave a bag in the office even though they claimed to have let lots of people leave their bags in a meeting room. So I had to take my bag across to the Marina for lunch whilst I waited for them to be organised. Then at 4pm when check out started there were crowds of people all trying to check in. For an office they could have checked people in from 12 noon. Unfortunately the included breakfast was a bit strange, particularly crackers rather than a bread roll or croissant ?? The property itself was fabulous, thanks xx

- location the room itself was very cute
- nice balcony
- location was excellent, nice tapas place and Abigail’s cafe are great places nearby
cons
- they gave us 2 smalls rolls of toilet paper to be shared amongst 3 rooms on our floor. We ran out of these on day 2. I messaged and asked for more and got no reply at all. The cleaner even came and went twice and did not replenish any of the toilet paper
- there was no hand soap in the bathroom
- no towels or bath mats on the floor
- the shower leaked all over the floor with every use and there was no ventilation system in the bathroom, so it was constantly wet
- the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever used.

The location and the fact that the bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was super dirty, the exhauster in the bathroom was super loud due to being full of dust, the windows were so thin that we almost seem to be sleeping with the window open and specially in the are that it is. The check-in is for 3h (16h until 19h) otherwise you need to pay, same thing with any help required after 19h needed to be paid
