The front desk staff were very friendly
The two steps down into the room was a bit dangerous and hard to to bring suitcases up and down. There were hairs on some of the pillows 🤢

Comfortable bed & large bathroom. Close to the ball arena (the reason for my trip) plus shops, restaurants etc.
The room was very dark (even with all the lamps on)

Enormous room, beautiful property, great location.
Thermostat didn’t go below 74 all night despite being set to 68, so it was extremely hot in the room. I called the front desk and they said nothing could be done until the morning as there are no on site facilities staff, but did provide a fan. Bar/restaurant were closed when I arrived so no wine happy hour and was not able to use my $15 food credit (they don’t allow you to use it on breakfast items for some reason). Free coffee is advertised in the lobby but apparently this is only 2 hours per day. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Note: I did email the property about my concerns and they sent a very nice response.
