My room at this hotel was beautiful and spacious, with great view to the calm Li river where I could see people enjoying a swim. Next to the hotel was one of the signature hills of Guilin which made the landscape particularly exciting. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was particularly good. It had Western choices but also an abundance of Chinese choices, which I particularly appreciated. I had the chance to try the local health soup made by grinding green tea with ginger and garlic, a discovery. I also received a beautiful farewell gift celebrating the local minority culture.

Team Helped us with all Kind of Services: cleaning and washing of clothes was for free, Concierge was permanently available via WeChat, booking of Day Trips was perfectly supported, Staff had Local Knowledge.
On Arrival you get plenty of Info regarding guilin.
There is a Travel Photo Service located in the Hotel. Top Service

The stuff was extremely helpful, generous and polite. Judy(TianTian) was our guide through experiences at the hotel and we got complimentary signature drinks of Guilin, made а DIY of a cute bookmark, had a show with birds and tried on traditional costumes of Miao ethnicity. The whole stay was very comfortable. All the assets at the hotel are working. Very clean and we had a very beautiful king size room with an amazing view on the mountains and Li river. The hotel is not far from the swimming place. And it’s convenient to take a taxi to the Moon and Sun tower and the Elephant mountain.
