Great place, very close to the Reed Flute Caves, the staff were excellent, from the Airport pick up to the availability to accompany us and book tickets for the tours. Will definitely return to Guilin and stay again at this place in the future, they have the most friendly staff I have ever encountered.

It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in - if I could give more than 10 stars I definitely would. The hotel is super nice, amazing view and the service is outstanding. The ladies made my stay fantastic - very attentive, caring and super helpful to organise tours and everything else. The breakfast is amazing with the fresh fruits and also they prepared breakfast to go on the days of the tour. I’ll definitely will be back.
Also you must try the massages - it’s an amazing massage therapist. I had a lymphatic body massage and it’s been probably the best of my entire life.

A beautiful and very unique boutique hotel. The attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very hospitable with everything.
To be honest, nothing! It was just so lovely.
