The staff were very friendly, and I had a lovely, modern room that was very clean. The breakfast was excellent as well. Even when arriving shortly before the end of breakfast hours, everything was still available and regularly replenished.
There is a lovely café right next to the hotel, and the shopping centre is only about a 10-minute walk away.
A special thank you to the hotel staff as well, as they kindly allowed me to check out a little later. I really appreciated this, as I was feeling a bit unwell on the day of my departure and was able to stay in bed a little longer and get some extra rest.

We stayed at Hotel Elisa Tirana from September 9 to 11, 2026, and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern and clean, and the housekeeping team kept it looking lovely throughout our stay. The bar staff were wonderful and always brought us ice when we asked. The valet was attentive, too, making sure we were taken care of whenever we left the hotel.
The location was convenient, about an eight-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. We enjoyed getting to know the neighborhood and exploring the surrounding shops.
The brightest star of our stay was Klea at the front desk. She greeted us with the kindest smile and was helpful from our first meeting. When our credit card wasn’t working in Albania and we had trouble making the payment, she told us not to worry and that we could sort it out later. We didn’t expect that kindness, and it meant a great deal to us.
Every time we saw Klea, we had a wonderful conversation. She took the time to talk with us and share her stories, making our stay feel personal. She is a great asset to the hotel. We would happily stay again and check in on her while we’re there :)
The morning breakfast could have had more options. It was a minimum spread. The location is a bit of a walk to the city center, but worth it.

I loved how friendly some of the staff were, there’s was one night one of the staff was really helpful in getting me a taxi to the restaurant as I was struggling I forgot her name I think it began with a H but she was very kind.
When I made the reservation it said that guests staying in house were able to have 1 hour complimentary use of the swimming pool and spa however when I went, I was told I wasn’t allowed unless I paid. I expressed how I saw this online I believe it was even on the hotels website and I also had extra confirmation on certain social media platforms just to turn around and not be able to use those facilities. I won’t say that was the main reason why I decided to stay at the hotel however, it did play a role. So that was a big let down as I didn’t want to have to pay for something that other guests possibly didn’t have to pay for. I would definitely stay again but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to guests who hope to have spa access included or at least I urge that people research thoroughly before booking unless they are happy to pay at the hotel as well.
