Location of the apartment was amazing - it's on a hill and close to the bastion, on the edge of the old town which means it was both quiet yet still picturesque. I think the fact that they were shooting a movie there for few days during our stay just proves the point :) Also the facilities were thought through, we did not feel a lack of anything. And especially big thanks for the beds - I am a sensitive sleeper, but in here conditions for rest were really good (for both beds).
There were no flaws in this apartment from our point of view. There was enough of space for the family of four, but in the end we didn't spend too much time there, since we were busy discovering the city. If we stayed longer (we stayed for four nights) and the weather would have been worse, then perhaps it would start feeling more crowded.

Location, washing machine, drying rack, kitchen facilities, keyless access to building. Easy checkin and checkout. Property manager was very responsive to questions and needs. Location provided garbage bags, more hangers, soap, etc as needed. Apartment felt very safe and secure. Underground parking was available with keyless entry.
The stairs to the loft were scary forcing me to sleep downstairs. The loft had a very low ceiling forcing one to walk in a crouched position. There were several closets, but one was so high up it was impossible to use. A number of cabinets were also too high. A step stool would’ve been helpful. The patio was virtually inaccessible because the venetian blinds over the door would not fully raise or lower; the cords were terribly frayed and tangled. The shower was large but the shower head sprayed everywhere but down and made a mess! I brought this up with the manager so she could address for further tenants.
