The location was lovely.Lots of nice walks.Quick drive to Kenilworth.Sweet little town.Fab Food market on Wednesday and an easy drive to Warwick and other areas.

The location was perfect for Warwick Uni as we were there for son’s graduation. Close to Kenilworth and close to 3 train stations as had to pick someone up and they had a choice.
Just personal preference re the beds. I like a firm bed and all were too soft for me. Also I hadn’t contacted Callum as it was a small issue and I had taken something myself but would be useful to provide bedding as standard for the sofa bed in the living room. We had 5 adults and only 2 were sharing a bed the others were not couples. So providing extra bedding to be used if needed would be useful.

Lovely property, owners obviously care, nice food hamper
Not really a complaint but thought as it slept eight there would be four bedrooms, they quickly made up a bed in the lounge so no issue in the end
