The owner handed us the Keys and was polite.
The apartment is tiny, and unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired—there were black hairs lying around. There was an issue with the hot water; it ran out while I was showering. There were two beds: a large double bed in the bedroom (which was comfortable) and a corner sofa in the living room that even my husband couldn't manage to unfold. In the morning, the power was out for a while, meaning no lights or hot water. Also, as we were leaving the apartment, we got stuck in the elevator for a moment—again, due to the power outage. The neighborhood is noisy, with various small shops... We only stayed for one night, and I don't think a longer stay would be advisable.

The hosts (Mahir & Salma) were very kind and respectful, flat is new and perfect with all requirements also perfect location with all shipping markets & restaurants are down around the building
Recommend and I will book with them again if I come to Sarajevo
